Once your system is paid in full, the remote control feature is
removed.

3. Are there any links or visual references from my Private

installation to the Licensor?
No.
4. Do you offer free support?
One year of free support is included with the installation.
5. What are the limitations of the web conference system?
The number of simultaneous users (concurrent connections) that
can be using your
web conference system is only limited by the server hardware,
bandwidth, and the
features being used during a web conference meeting.
6. Does the price include integration into our payment
processor?
Yes.
7. Can we use the Licensors sales materials and tutorials?
No. However, we do include a robust Online Help System, and FAQ
page with
your installation.
8. Will I be a reseller or an affiliate for the Licensor?
No. Live Conference PRO™ is a true Private Label service. You
receive a clone of
the primary web conference system with your company name, links
and icon. It will
be installed on your server.
9. What are the custom programming options?
Customizations include:
• Default skin selection for the meeting room interface.
• Name of the program visible to all room owners (Operators) and
their Guests.
• Program start menu and desktop icons.
